Let me begin by talking about our medical team. I have been in academics medicine, a practicing Physician and an administrator, for more than 3 decades and I have had the opportunity to work with many quality, highly trained healthcare professionals. In my opinion, the medical staff we have assembled here at Max Healthcare is second to none. I'm very pleased to be associated with these fine men and women.

Dr. Sanjay Sachdeva has joined as Director, ENT at Max Healthcare Institute
An MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, Dr.Sachdeva completed his undergraduate and postgraduate training at Maulana Azad Medical College, LNJP Hospital and GB Pant Hospital. He has trained in Cochlear Implant programme at Nucleus Cochlear Institution at Melbourne, Australia and Wurzburg, Germany.
Dr. Sachdeva brings with him over 24 years of noteworthy experience in the field of ENT, Head & Neck Surgery. Prior to joining Max, he was working with Fortis Healthcare as Director ENT, Head & Neck Surgery. He is also a regular Operative Faculty at various State Associations of the Otolaryngologists of India, and has developed special proficiency in Endoscopic Minimally Invasive approach to Skull Base Surgery. He conducted a Live Surgery Workshop on Tracheal Stents jointly with the University Hospital, Ohio, USA.
He has co-authored books on Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and a book for education of the general public on common ENT problems. He has more than 50 papers in various national and international conferences to his credit. Dr. Sachdeva was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation during the National Conference of Skull Base Surgery Society of India at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi in 1998.

Mr. Ravi Virmani, who has joined us on 7th July, 2010 in the capacity of Executive Director – Operations & HR.
Ravi holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from XLRI and is a seasoned management professional. He brings with him a rich experience of over 26 years in both Corporate and Consulting in India and overseas.
Ravi started his career with Escorts Limited in 1984 and overtime rose to the position of Manager, Corporate Human Resources. In 1990 he co-founded Nobel House out of a garage and over the next few years shaped it into a successful and leading HR consulting organization in South Asia. Nobel House eventually evolved to become Hewitt Associates and he was appointed Managing Director of India & Middle East. In 2000 he became MD and Partner for Hewitt Associates with responsibility for South East Asia based out of Singapore.
Prior to joining MHC, Ravi was the CEO and founder of Trust Associates as well as Aventus Private limited and was handling assignments in South East Asia, Africa and India. He had been involved in strategy execution, strategic leadership advisory solutions, succession planning at Board Level, CEO coaching, enhancing global competitiveness, organizational effectiveness and leveraging talent.
