Lime & Watermelon Tonic Ingredients: Watermelon: 1 Chilled water: 1 litre Lemon Juice: 2 Sweetener: according to taste Mint leaves- 3-4 no. cubes, to serve Method: Using a sharp knife, chop the watermelon into chunks, cutting off the skin & discarding the black seeds. Place the watermelon chunks in a large bowl, pour the chilled water over & leave to stand for 10 min. Strain the watermelon chunks, and then push them through a juicer. Stir in the lime juice & sugar free to taste. Pour into a jug, add ice cubes & stir.
