Sleep Hygiene Tips:

  • Avoid stimulating drinks like black coffee/tea late in the evening hours
  • If milk suits you, then try having a warm cup of milk before going to bed
  • Try to keep your night meal as the lighter meal of the day
  • Try to avoid long day time naps
  • Try some exercise in the day during the relaxation time
  • Try to avoid too much use of mobile & internet / electronic gadgets late in the evening hours
  • Maintain a calm environment and slow down a bit before sleeping hours
  • Try to maintain a healthy and regular sleep- wake schedule
