Following process is adopted by Max Healthcare to ensure that we hire a person who is culturally fit to our organization.
- Behavioral Event Interview is conducted and such are assessed at the time of Joining.
- Reference Check is done by HR representatives to cross check such qualities shown in previous organization.
- After Joining, such qualities (along with functional skills) are observed on the job and Probational Appraisal is done after six month to assess these qualities.
