Responsibilities and key tasks Patient/ Customer Care
1.To ensure the amenities and electrical appliances are there in the rooms as per the defined standard. Job Knowledge
2. Demonstrated ability to ensure and effectively supervise manpower deployment, documentation, cleaning and upkeep of facility. Process Orientation/ Documentation
3. To ensure the common areas are spic and span as per the standards.
4. To execute and ensure cleaning schedule is followed.
5. To allocate the Houseboys in the area’s.
6. To update and record all cleaning activities.
7. To ensure that the grooming of all contractual staff is as per the standards.
8. To ensure garbage is segregated and disposed off in the defined area.
9. To ensure that as per the defined standards the linen is complete in all In- patient areas.
10. To have complete orientation of IMS system of Hospital.
11. To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital
12. To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
13. To Comply with patient safety policy. People Orientation
14. To coordinate with Engg. department for maintenance.
15. To impart training to the contractual staff. Cost & Revenue
16. To inform and record the missing items from their allocated area to Team Leader- Housekeeping. Discipline
17. To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
