Vinita Bhasin is responsible for making Max Healthcare a preferred partner known for its culture of service & patient care. Vinita brings with her more than 19 years of in-depth experience across the Financial Services sector including Banking & Insurance and has managed large Service functions in her previous roles. She was working as CVP - Head of Field Operations & Service Excellence, Max Life Insurance with responsibility to oversee and manage Branch Operations and a team of ~700 people spread across 250 offices in the country. As the Service Excellence Head she formulated & implemented the Service Excellence Framework for Max Life Insurance. Her responsibilities included creating the Service vision and defining Values & Service Protocols for Max Life. She has a long and consistent track record of superlative performance and has successfully turned around performance of many service functions in her career. Earlier, as Head of Customer Services in Max Life , Vinita managed the Customer contact center, Complaints & Query Unit and the Policy Owner services team. She joined Max Life in 2001 and as part of the start up team set up various processes and units to ensure seamless delivery to Customers. Prior to joining Max Life Insurance she was working with Bank of America. Vinita is an English Honors from Delhi University.
