ART includes Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), In-vitro fertilization (IVF), Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and other techniques.
What is Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)?
What is Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)?

What is assisted hatching and is it available?
What is assisted hatching and is it available?
|
| Assisted hatching is a higher technology to help the aged or thick walled eggs to achieve fertilization. It also helps the minute babies (i.e. embryos) stick and attach better to the lining of the woman’s womb (uterus). For this, we are equipped with a world-class laser which is a unique feature of our centre and is not available in most advanced centres in India.* |
What is Blastocyst Culture and is it available?
|
| Normally, following IVF or ICSI embryo transfer is performed when embryo contains two to eight cells. Improvements in culture media have allowed selective growth of embryos to blastocyst, i.e. embryo age of five or six days, the stage at which embryos are implanted in the womb. Thus natural selection by leaving embryos in culture for longer time allows better implantation and higher pregnancy rate. Yes, it is available at ours centre. |
