The scorching heat of summers can leave you drained, and your appetite can also decrease. But you shouldn’t lose vital nutrients in the meanwhile. So let’s talk about diet tips to help you deal with summers better and beat the heat.

  1. Hydration is the key

with summer at its peak, hydration is very important, as you lose a lot of fluids in the form of sweat which needs to be replaced. So keep sipping water and other fluids like coconut water, fresh lime water, fresh juices, and buttermilk as they help replenish the lost salt and other electrolytes through sweat, making the elders very weak and lethargic during summer.
