To handle customers & patients queries/ requirementsand address/ direct them appropriately
To efficiently & courteously handle appointment, admission and discharge of patients.
To share Cash/ Credit/ Corporate billing and discount information with customers.
To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction at each interaction.
To efficiently deliver procedures laid down for the customer care- these include registration/ invoice/ admission/ discharge & other customer impacting processes
To administer “Total Customer Experience Questionnaire”.
To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role.
To effectively utilize Hospital Information system and other applications provided for addressing customer requirements effectively & promptly.
To be punctual and timely in attending to customers
To adhere to company policy on decorum and presentation
Financial Cost and Revenue Contribution.
To deposit cash/cheque/drafts/credit slips to finance timely.
To ensure accurateopening and closing balance at every shift.
To work collaboratively with front office and other hospital teams so as to deliver best in class customer service.
To participate in on job and other trainings and development activities
