Michael Thomas Neeb

Michael Thomas Neeb is an Independent Director of our Company. He was appointed on the Board of our Company in June, 2019.
He is an American National and has over 30 years of experience in US and International healthcare industry. He has worked with Hospital Corporation of America (‘HCA’) for 28 years, where he served in various senior leadership roles and led HCA’s International Operations as Chief Executive Officer for a period of 12 years before his retirement. HCA’s UK operations have been recognised for its outstanding quality, which enabled it to attract patients from around the globe.
He began his healthcare career as director of finance and project for Harris Methodist affiliated hospitals in Fort Worth, Texas. He has also worked for accounting firms such as EY and Arthur Anderson LLP. He is also on the Board of Evergreen Executive Advisors LLC, Telemetrix RPM, Inc. and several not-for-profit organisations.
