Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician
Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology is developed with the intent of ensuring that the student acquires the necessary knowledge and skills to manage the operating room and be an active member of the surgical team. Preparing and maintaining the operation theatre and equipment; supporting the surgical team during operations; and providing support to patients in the recovery room and throughout post-operative critical care treatments are the primary responsibilities of an operation theatre technician
Program Highlights
- Duration: 2 years
- Eligibility: Any student who has passed class 12th (PCB/PCM) with 40% or any other stream with 50% marks.
- Age Limit: The student must be of 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission, and should not be more than 25 years. Age relaxation of5 years for ST/SC candidate and 3 years for OBC candidate is applicable.
