About Master of Science in HQM

This is a two-year regular full-time degree programme that allows students to acquire operational skills and leadership qualities to carry out effective changes in patient safety and quality standards of healthcare organizations. In addition, the course will prepare the candidates to join and lead the Quality Assurance Team of Hospitals across the country both within the Max Healthcare Network hospitals and other organizations as well. During their learning & training at Max Healthcare, they will also have the opportunity to train under and observe the workings of each department of a running hospital, the quality checks the department goes through and the required quality certificates and accreditations the department needs, making them industry ready.

  • MSc will be offered at tertiary care hospitals of Max Healthcare and its Network group of Hospitals in Delhi and NCR: Max Healthcare has a network of 17 healthcare facilities, each having its own quality assurance team across 5 States within India, providing students with exposure to real-time learning.

  • Supervised training: Each student will be under the constant supervision of a mentor/ supervisor. Through one-on-one meetings, the mentor/supervisor will support the students by identifying their educational needs, setting learning goals, reflective learning, and personal development.
