Dr. Mradul Kaushik, Senior Director of Operations and Planning and Chief Operating Officer, Cluster-1, Max Healthcare, has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, spanning across verticals, including hospital operations, infrastructure planning, projects, information technology, business development, service excellence, and quality management.

Prior to MaxHealthcare, Dr. Mradul has worked as the Director of Operations and Planning at Radiant Life Care Pvt. Ltd. He was responsible for managing the BLK Super Speciality Hospital, Delhi & Nanavati Super Specialty Hospital, Mumbai. His responsibilities at these hospitals included all clinical and non-clinical operations, formulation and execution of growth strategy, compliance and governance, and implementing operational excellence strategies.

Before Radiant Life Care, Dr. Kaushik worked with various healthcare organisations, such as Fortis Healthcare Private Limited, Global Health Private Limited (Medanta), Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Sant Parmanand Hospital, Max Healthcare Institute Limited, and many other reputed hospitals in Delhi.
