In his most recent role, Gagan served as Group General Counsel at Uno Minda Limited, where he led the legal function for the entire group. Before that, he spent nearly eight years as Head of Legal - India and South Asia at CNH Industrial, managing complex legal, compliance, and risk management matters. His career includes significant roles at GE Power, Genpact India, and CitiFinancial India.
