Vandana Pakle is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in mergers & acquisitions, portfolio/ investment management, corporate restructuring, business strategy, critical litigation, corporate governance and risk management. As Senior Director - Corporate Affairs at Max Healthcare, she spearheads the Corporate Affairs division, overseeing multifaceted teams across Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Secretarial functions.

Prior to her tenure at Max Healthcare, she served as Director at Radiant Life Care Private Ltd. Her responsibilities included executing M&A transactions, strategy, integration, handling inbound investment transactions and healthcare portfolio management.

In her role as Vice President at Halcyon Resources & Management Private Ltd., a Special Situation Fund, her proficiency extended to nurturing the CXO team and navigating compliance and litigation landscape across diverse industries such as Healthcare, Retail, Sugar, Paper and Paper Board etc. Additionally, she has set up and monitored fund entities/SPVs across cross-border jurisdictions and led IFRS consolidation.

Her previous roles include serving as Chief Financial Officer, driving expansions at Dodsal Corporation Private Ltd. (Franchise of Pizza Hut and KFC) and PJL Clothing (India) Ltd (Pepe Jeans).
