Vandana Pakle is an experienced business professional with over 23 years of experience in Financial Services. An expert at designing and executing complex investment structures, she has actively managed investments, inducted, trained and coached the CXO team and handled compliance and litigation across industries such as Healthcare, Retail, Sugar, Paper and Paper Board etc. In addition, she set up and monitored fund entities/SPVs across cross border jurisdictions and led IFRS consolidation. As Senior Director - Corporate Affairs at Max Healthcare, she leads the Corporate Affairs team, which includes teams across Legal , Regulatory Affairs and Secretarial.

In her previous role Vandana was Executive Director - Radiant Life Care Pvt. Ltd. Her responsibilities included executing M&A transactions and integration strategy, setting up governance framework and leading the management team in fund raising activity. She was involved in Investment Analysis, Transaction Structuring, Portfolio Management and Exit Strategy.

Prior to Radiant Life Care, Ms. Vandana was the Chief Financial Officer at Dodsal Corporation and has earlier worked with PJL Clothing (India) Limited.
