Certified as a Technical Controller by the Building Construction Authority in Singapore and as a Chartered Engineer by the Institution of Engineers in India, he has successfully led notable projects such as Singapore's Gardens by the Bay and Lornie Highway, along with ventures in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. His achievements were highlighted in CEO Magazine Asia during his tenure as Executive Director of a publicly listed company in Singapore.

His proficiency extends to innovative construction technologies like auto-climbing formwork, hybrid steel construction, prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction, and high-speed underground tunnel boring systems.
