After discovering blood in his urine, Bhishan Bahadur was diagnosed with bladder cancer. However, he was refused surgery at other hospitals as he was a high-risk patient. He then decided to consult Dr. Deepak Garg, Consultant, Urology, Uro-Oncology, Kidney Transplant, who did further evaluation and found that Bishan also had kidney stones. A treatment plan was devised that would include the first surgery for cancer followed by another surgery for kidney stones.
