Surgery for a Rare Lung Cancer

42-year-old Mr. Moidadin was diagnosed with a rare type of Lung Cancer which affected his right lung. He was first given 4 cycles of chemotherapy elsewhere which led to reduction in size of the tumor. But he started coughing out blood repeatedly. So he was suggested surgery for removal of the tumor as well as control of hemoptysis. However he was informed of only 40 per cent survival in this surgery at the other hospital.
