In this video, Dr Yogesh Kumar from Max Hospital explains renal replacement therapy with ABO incompatible transplant. The patients who are diagnosed with the end-stage renal disease have to undergo renal replacement therapy. ABO-incompatible (ABOi) transplantation is a method of allocation in organ transplantation that permits more efficient use of available organs regardless of ABO blood type. This would otherwise be unavailable due to hyperacute rejection. According to Dr Yogesh renal replacement transplant with ABO incompatible transplant is much better than dialysis.
