On evaluation, it was found that the patient had high creatinine. Mr. Sammi was put on medication for the next five years till the point where the management of his kidney disease could only be done through a transplant. The patient was suggested a kidney transplant. He registered for the transplant and underwent the surgery later. Post-surgery, the patient was put on a ventilator.
