Mr. Jaglal Saikhan had an operation in Mongolia for his Brain Tumour. Unfortunately, the tumour resurfaced irrespective of the patient’s initial recovery, which prompted the family to travel to India. The reappearance of the tumour was a concerning factor in the diagnosis. His case was referred to Prof. (Dr.) Bipin Walia, Principal Director & Head, Neurosurgery, who, after thorough diagnosis, advised re-operation followed by radiotherapy. Fortunately, the patient had a successful surgery, thwarting the chances of reoccurrence and further complications.
