To be heart healthy, it is essential that you must know about Cholesterol - A fat produced by liver. It is an oil-based substance and does not mix easily in the blood. We do not deny that some amount of cholesterol is required by the body, but excess can be fatal. Changes in diet and exercise can be beneficial in order to avoid risk of having coronary heart disease.
