Coconut water is a new health obsession: it is cholesterol free, contains less sugar, low in calories, and rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorous. With brilliant hydrating properties, it prevents from cancer, kidney stones and several cardiovascular diseases. Considered as a natural sports drink, it includes an easily digested carbohydrate which is present mainly in the form of sugar and electrolytes. Consuming plain coconut water can be beneficial for both adults and kids in providing them instant energy. During rehydration, it can give you relief from nausea, stomach aches and fullness.

  • Coconut water helps in regulating and replenishing the internal fluids that are lost in dehydration related ailments like dysentery, cholera, gastroenteritis, stomach fullness. It balances electrolytes in the body that are reduced during heavy workouts, stomach abnormalities, humid climatic conditions.
